About
Mary Ann Lomascolo is the President and Principal Consultant at Klarhet Compass. She helps organizations bridge the gap between strategy and execution. With decades of experience in program delivery across the public, private, and non-profit sectors, she brings deep expertise to the functional and delivery layer—where vision is translated into results.
Throughout her career, Mary Ann has led project teams in software development, enterprise system implementations, strategic planning, and customer and citizen engagement. Her work has spanned local and federal government agencies, small and mid-sized companies, Fortune 500 corporations, and global nonprofits. Regardless of the setting, her focus remains the same: helping teams align to strategy, adapt to complexity, and deliver with confidence.
Over the years, Mary Ann has seen both successful transformations and stalled initiative, and the difference is almost always a breakdown in alignment and collaboration during execution. She founded Klarhet Compass in 2022 to address this critical gap: accelerating transformation at the execution layer by equipping delivery and functional leaders to lead with alignment, collaboration, and trust.
Mary Ann holds a BA in Political Science from Principia College and a Master of Public Administration in Intergovernmental Management from the University of Southern California. She has earned a PMP and multiple Agile and Scrum certifications, including Agile Coach.
